Roaring Success of the Ceilidh!
The much-anticipated Ceilidh evening arrived last Saturday, the tickets sold and all the arrangements in place – thank you Janet, Debs and your team, pies and peas prepared – thank you Caroline and your team, the bar was ready – thank you Faye and your team.
We would like to give a very special mention and thanks to Bob Carter and The Hot Tap Band who gave their services for free, to ensure a fantastic night of dancing and live music.
It was a great turnout with a fantastic Caller, Bob who encouraged great dancing too! Thank you to everyone who came and helped to raise over £1,300 for the re-building of Birk Crag Centre and we hope you enjoyed the evening too!
